Not Legal Advice

Information on this site, in our courses and in our reports is general guidance on AI governance and compliance. It is not legal advice. For decisions with legal consequences, consult a qualified lawyer.

What Membership and Support Do and Do Not Mean

  • Membership, Founding Supporter status, course completion and a Readiness Review are not a certification. No one may describe them as CAICB certification, approval or endorsement.
  • However, only an organization that has completed a CAICB certification, and is listed in CAICB’s public registry, may say it is CAICB-certified.
  • You may not use the CAICB name or logo without our written permission.

Purchases

  • Prices are in Canadian dollars and do not include applicable taxes.
  • Stripe processes all payments securely. CAICB does not see or store your full card number.
  • Refunds and cancellations follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

You agree to give accurate information, keep your login details private, and not misuse the site, for example by attempting unauthorized access, scraping content or sending spam through our forms.
